Gender Justice
Reimagining Women's Empowerment
According to data, women and girls are disproportionately affected by poverty in India, making their economic empowerment a key development priority. Our Reimagining Women Empowerment interventions aim to enhance women’s access to financial resources and decision-making power.

Kashmir's First All-Women Music Album
Kashmir’s contemporary music scene is thriving, with artists topping charts across borders. Yet, less than 5% of featured artists are women. This album is a joyful assertion of rightful space!
Why Anonymous?
Because in Kashmir, creativity remains an act of courage. Anonymity offers both power and protection.

Towards a Safer, Equal Space (#MeToo)
In the wake of the #MeToo movement in 2018, Ek Potlee Ret Ki responded with urgent solidarity and structural action. We facilitated public hearings, supported survivors in seeking legal recourse, and created Towards Safer, Equal Spaces, a handbook designed to help individuals and institutions navigate the landscape of gender-based violence, redress, and accountability. Rooted in feminist values and accessible language, the resource continues to serve as a guide for building workplaces, communities, and movements that are safe, inclusive, and just.

Intersectional Gender Project (IGP)
The Intersectional Gender Project is a pilot initiative aimed at addressing systemic exclusions faced by girls, trans, and intersex youth. The project builds grassroots interventions in schools and communities, engaging teachers, health workers, law enforcement, and local leaders. It focuses on gender rights education, community safeguards, and inclusive public awareness to create a replicable model for intersectional gender justice.

#WomenAgainstManu
The #WomenAgainstManu movement, was the coming together of various women's organisations from across Tamil Nadu. The campaign affirmed that Manusmriti stands fundamentally opposed to the rights and dignity of women and launched a widespread awareness campaign to expose the text’s misogynistic content and casteist logic. This marked a significant step in building collective feminist resistance against Brahmanical patriarchy.
